On this day I was experimenting with the dark and the absence of light. I saw this lamp-post and knew that there was a fantastic opportunity. This silhouetted bench has stark contrast with the bright snow and plants around it. The ISO was very high in this picture to account for the dark. I love the colors in this picture, the shadows and the light, as well as the almost purple hue that is in the background. I would like to dedicate this picture to Caelyn, who inspired me to write more words for the picture. Yes, she made me write more words.
