This photo was taken with an ISO of 200, f/stop of 8, and at 1/250 of a second. I composed this photo when I was outside on a sunny day looking for some ideas. That’s when I saw two unique signs bordering a big tree. I got into the perfect position that captures the big tree and signs at the same time as the signs border the tree perfectly. I used the subjects off center photography technique as both of the signs overlap a point on the 3 by 3 grid format. The focus is initially on the tree, but later the signs come into view. Vertical lines are heavily emphasized in the photo since there is a huge difference between the height of the signs and the “grandfather” tree.
