This is an image of a tree branch. The reason I chose this photo is because of how well I was able to blur out the background, it draws your eye straight to the branch. The striations of the bark create leading lines which lead your eye up the tree. Another reason I like this picture is because I feel the negative space adds an aspect to the image that may have not been their without it. One thing I would change is I would try to incorporate more colours into the image instead of keeping it all one colour.
